
It is THE official start to the grilling season... Memorial Day Weekend is upon us and we have a gift for you. This recipe will ensure you are crowned the Grill Master of the year. Get out those tongs, click them twice...because anyone who doesn't cannot be trusted...and get your grill on.
Ingredients:
The Cut Of Your Choice!
Sauce | Miso Marrow Mustard
23g White Miso
Bone Marrow, Roasted
20g Dijon Mustard
4ea Garlic Cloves, minced
6g Ginger, minced
1c Beef Stock
Pinch of Parsley
Heavy Cream To Finish
Lemon Juice To Finish
Method:
Salt and Pepper each side then sear beef on high heat for 2 minutes per side, until nice color develops. Finish in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until internal temp reaches 130 degrees. Let rest for 3 - 5 minutes before cutting.
Sauce | Over low heat add marrow and cook for 2 minutes, breaking into small pieces. Add minced garlic and ginger and sweat until translucent. Add miso and mustard and cook for 1 minute. Add stock and reduce by half. Add parsley, cream, and lemon juice to finish.
