The Commitment

The annual Event Partner commitment is a 12 month event planning program with a 4 week roll over. During this time, you will have access to the above private services ONLY available for members.

 

How does it work? This annual program allows you the freedom of planning all of your events for the year with ease knowing you have an ally watching your back. With 24/7 access to our calendar, you are free to secure our venue and catering services whenever you have a need. With first rights access to available dates, you are are our priority! Our annual commitment agreement means you have our team on your side for each of your events, regardless of size, needs, or budget. 

 

This is NOT an exclusive agreement, if you would like to use another venue or caterer (we get it sometimes things don't always sync)...you can! 

What is the cost? Honestly, this could be one of the best parts of this program. Our annual Event Partners only pay for their events twice a year. No more billing issues, remembering to turn in your invoices, and being hounded for status updates on payments. You pay once in January and once in July, $50,000 per payment and that's it. You've got ALL of your events covered, from the drop off lunches, to company picnics, to holiday parties, and executive dinners...they are all included under your two payments and allow you a spending limit of up to $125,000 a year.
